Molly Olson
Molly Olson is a dynamic entrepreneur, real estate professional, and community leader rooted deeply in the values of family, hard work, and innovation. Born and raised in Alamogordo, New Mexico, Molly spent much of her youth in Lubbock, Texas—cheering on Texas Tech University at countless sporting events. It was no surprise when she chose Texas Tech as her academic home, graduating with honors from the Rawls College of Business with degrees in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, alongside recognition from the Texas Tech Honors College.
Molly's career launched with the prestigious Gallo Management Development Program, where she thrived in sales and management with Glazer’s Distributors in Dallas. Her reputation for creativity and strategic thinking quickly earned her a position as Marketing Manager for BuzzBallz and Southern Champion Wine and Spirits. There, she brought bold new products to market across the U.S., while gaining invaluable insight into the diverse landscapes of family-owned businesses—insights that would shape her future.
In a pivotal move, Molly returned to Alamogordo to join forces with her family in expanding their real estate and business ventures. After earning her associate broker license, she and her husband Dylan—a U.S. Air Force veteran—began building their own real estate portfolio, flipping homes and investing in long-term holdings. Together, they also owned a taproom in historic downtown prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, later pivoting to acquire a heavy equipment and event rental business.
Molly now plays a critical role in the strategic direction and operations of multiple family enterprises, including real estate, land surveying, heavy equipment rental, event services, a multi-location physical therapy practice, and agricultural ventures. She directly manages a growing 200-door real estate portfolio and was awarded the esteemed CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2024.
A passionate advocate for youth and community, Molly served four years as President of the Boys and Girls Club of Otero County and currently sits on the board of Kid’s Inc. When she’s not leading business initiatives or serving her community, Molly enjoys hiking, music festivals, and spending time with her husband Dylan and their son Theodore and daughter Hannah.

Dylan Olson
Raised in South Dakota by a firefighter father and in Hawaii by a farmer mother, Dylan Olson grew up with a deep respect for hard work, service, and the outdoors. From an early age, he developed a love for adventure and exploration—values that would later shape both his career and personal life.
After graduating high school, Dylan joined the United States Air Force, driven by a desire to serve his country and see the world. Over nearly seven years of overseas assignments, he lived and worked in Japan, South Korea, Jordan, and Germany. During his 13-year military career, Dylan excelled as a weapons troop, rising to the rank of Technical Sergeant at a young age. His dedication earned him numerous accolades, recognition for marksmanship, and an associate degree in Aircraft Armament Systems.
While deployed in the desert, Dylan began a parallel journey of self-improvement and entrepreneurship. He immersed himself in real estate education and learned to leverage his VA loan to acquire small multifamily properties. Using a hands-on approach, he would live in one unit while renovating the others, then rent them out—laying the foundation for what would become a thriving real estate career.
It was through these early investments that Dylan met Molly, after they purchased properties near one another. Their shared passion for real estate and personal growth quickly evolved into both a partnership in business and in life. Together, they launched a house-flipping operation, with Dylan applying his mechanical mindset and self-taught construction skills to lead renovations and execution, while Molly managed financing and real estate transactions.
As their portfolio grew, Dylan began juggling multiple properties at once. Known for his ability to build strong teams, he brought in firefighters as contractors to help support their flips and rental properties. When market conditions shifted, the couple pivoted strategically, acquiring a long-established heavy equipment and party rental business in their area.
Today, Dylan runs the day-to-day operations and is widely regarded as the glue and lifeblood of the company, with Molly continuing to support the business behind the scenes through financial management and financing. Recently, the couple sold the event portion of their business as they welcomed their second child, Hannah, into the family.
Above all else, Dylan is a devoted husband and father. He loves spending time in the shop with his son, Theodore, teaching him how to work with his hands, solve problems, and grow into a confident young man. Outside of work, Dylan enjoys hunting, traveling, snowboarding, camping, and attending reggae festivals with his family—always staying true to his roots in adventure, craftsmanship, and connection.
Emily earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Colorado Mesa University, where she was also a collegiate tennis player. She went on to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of New Mexico.
Emily began working for Alamogordo Physical Therapy & Wellness Center in Alamogordo, NM in 2020. Since then, her continuing education has been heavily focused on pelvic floor rehabilitation, allowing her to specialize in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction across the lifespan. Over time, she has developed a strong passion for working with pregnant and postpartum women, helping address symptoms that are too often dismissed as “normal,” yet significantly impact quality of life. Emily is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers patients through education, movement, and individualized treatment.
Outside of the clinic, Emily raises her two child with her husband, Baxter Pattillo. Emily values time with family above all else and finds joy in creating an active, balanced lifestyle alongside her loved ones.
In her free time, Emily enjoys everything outdoors and stays active through volleyball, golf, tennis, hiking, camping, and more. Whether at home or at work, Emily believes in the importance of movement, connection, and living life fully.
MeLynn Pattillo
MeLynn Pattillo is a goal-driven management professional, entrepreneur, and lifelong student whose career reflects resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to step into opportunity wherever it appears.
Born in Kansas City, Kansas, MeLynn grew up as one of eight children in a family shaped by a nomadic lifestyle. Due to her father’s career with NASA, the family relocated roughly every year and a half, teaching her adaptability from a young age. Raised alongside five rough-and-tumble brothers, MeLynn learned early not to shy away from hard work or challenge. Those lessons carried her from working graveyard shifts at a Waffle House in high school to managing large-scale construction companies—building a skill set forged not in classrooms alone, but through experience, determination, and an instinct for placing herself where growth and opportunity intersect.
MeLynn met her husband, Bob, in Gulfport, Mississippi, where she quickly captured his heart. When Bob relocated to Albuquerque, New Mexico, the couple navigated a long-distance relationship, earning playful concern from MeLynn’s boss and mentor, Mr. Puckett, who once joked about how she was surviving “without her oxygen tank”—his affectionate reference to Bob. With a marriage proposal in hand, MeLynn headed west to the Land of Enchantment, where she continued her professional growth under another mentor, Ken Thompson.
Together, MeLynn and Bob toured New Mexico searching for underserved communities in need of physical therapy services—preferably with mountains nearby. They found their place in Alamogordo, New Mexico, and set to work building their business. Bob focused on patient care and therapy operations, while MeLynn led day-to-day management and financial operations. Their complementary strengths allowed the business to grow quickly, expanding into additional locations in Carlsbad and Artesia.
Over time, MeLynn further broadened her professional scope by becoming a designated Real Estate Professional. She immersed herself in tax literacy, real estate investment strategies, and asset protection, recognizing their importance in building and preserving long-term wealth. With strong management teams in place at the clinics, she stepped back from daily operations to pursue new ventures.
Today, MeLynn works closely with her son to establish the family’s land surveying business and manages the family farm and orchard. Ever committed to learning, she continues to attend real estate and continuing education courses while transitioning into a role of financial oversight—guiding strategy while empowering her team to execute.
MeLynn has also been deeply committed to public service and community leadership. She has served or participated in organizations including Leadership New Mexico, the New Mexico Amigos, Alamogordo Forum, and the Alamogordo Chamber of Commerce. She has represented her community on numerous trips to the Pentagon, supporting relationships between Alamogordo and Holloman Air Force Base, Fort Bliss, and White Sands Missile Range.
Outside of her professional pursuits, MeLynn enjoys caring for her farm, spending time with her family, embracing her role as a grandmother, free swimming with sperm whales, and applying her creative design skills to personal and professional projects.
